Glenn Stephens put together a nice piece of documentation that you can download from here. It is a “mini book” very good for Delphi guys that need/want to go C# . 
In fact, if you are experienced Delphi developer, after reading this minibook, you will be an experienced C# Developer in few hours.
I wish I had this minibook few years ago.
