Currently being in a early beta stage supports the following features:
- Captures the motion into an AVI file
- Captures the 1st frame of motion on harddisk
- Submit that frame to Twitter by using TwitPic [optional as a plugin]
It works on Windows7 and Windows Vista. On Windows XP you may need to install .NET.
You can download the installer from here but since is password protected you may get the password from me if you are willing testing it and giving me some feedback.
Actually are two, the last one splits at the end. Time spent to make it 2 hours.

So, there is my simple and cheap solution to this. I got this idea when I saw a DIA film portable viewer called F-Scoper from CENEI at Fleamarket last week (in German Diabetrachter).

For getting this done you need such DIA viewer and two pieces of rubber band. That whoops the price to aproximativelly 1.01 Euro. You will need to remove the back of the DIA Viewer and follow the instructions in the following video:
