Just download the Lightroom 3 Preset (right click and Save Link As), copy it in the preset folder (usually C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Develop Presets\User Presets), start Lightroom and search for Twenties in the User Preset Folder.
