Close WLW
download the DLL
Copy the DLL to C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Live\Writer\Plugins\ for Win32 use “Program Files” only
Restart WLW
Go to Insert –> Plug-ins –> ZosoThumb
Select a JPG, PNG, GIF, BMP…
It should create a 100×100 thumbnail image cropped from the middle of the original
